You can return your product for NouvéExpress online store credit or a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to non-defective returns. The amount of the restocking fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the condition of the returned product and the reason for the return. The restocking fee will not be waived for returns due to a change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original packaging, with all original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, and invoices.
- Be in resalable condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage.
- Be disassembled, if it was originally delivered disassembled.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment of products.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure that it meets all of the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 business days.
