SHIPPING POLICY


ORDER ACCURACY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY


The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You must verify all shipping details before completing your purchase
2. Any modifications to shipping information must be requested immediately by contacting customer service with your order number
3. NouvéExpress shall not be liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information
4. Orders with undeliverable addresses or those rejected by courier providers are non-refundable

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

- Complimentary Shipping: Available on orders totaling $99 or more before tax
- Additional fees may apply for oversized items or remote locations
- Peak season surcharges may apply during high-volume periods (November-December)

- Additional handling fees apply for packages requiring special handling or containing hazardous materials


Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Order Processing: 3-8 business days
- Standard Shipping Transit: 6-12 business days
- Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or due to unexpected circumstances

TRACKING AND DELIVERY


Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided via email within 1-3 business days after shipment
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their order status
- Tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier processing times
- NouvéExpress is not responsible for carrier tracking system errors or inaccuracies

Delivery Terms
1. NouvéExpress is not liable for:
  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
  • Damages occurring after delivery confirmation
  • Weather-related delays or natural disasters affecting delivery
  • Carrier service interruptions or delays
  • Customs delays, fees, or confiscation of international shipments.
  • Delivery attempts when customer is unavailable  
  • Packages refused by customer

2. Customer Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring a secure delivery location
  • Promptly retrieving delivered packages
  • Reporting delivery issues within 48 hours of expected delivery date
  • Payment of any customs duties, taxes, or import fees   
  • Providing valid government-issued ID for high-value deliveries   
  • Ensuring availability during delivery window for signature-required packages


CLAIMS

  • Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 5 business days of the expected delivery date
  • Photographic evidence is required for all damage claims
  • NouvéExpress reserves the right to deny claims that lack sufficient documentation


CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS


NouvéExpress maintains the right to:
- Cancel any order due to product availability
- Refuse service based on security concerns or suspicious activity
- Modify shipping methods when necessary
- Require signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Require additional verification for high-risk shipping addresses

- Hold orders for security review without prior notice

Combine multiple orders to the same address for shipping efficiency


All affected customers will be notified via their provided contact information and issued appropriate refunds for cancelled orders.


FORCE MAJEURE


NouvéExpress shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of systems or utilities.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION


This shipping policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within New York.


SEVERABILITY


If any provision of this shipping policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this policy unenforceable or invalid as a whole.
