Returns Policy

You may return your product to NouvéExpress within 30 days for an online store credit or within 14 days for a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be in its original packaging, with all original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
• Be in resalable condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage.
• Be disassembled if it was originally delivered disassembled.
